Missouri Certified Site Application in process
The City of Salem is working on completing all the tasks necessary to apply for Certified Site Status with the Missouri Department of Economic Development. We have surveyed out a 25 acre parcel specifically for this process and are currently working toward clearing timber and vegetation on the site. LOIS Listing for Certified Site parcel.

Free Acreage for Jobs
The City offers free acreage in Masters Industrial Park for jobs created. A Business may request one acre for every 10 jobs created, up to a maximum of 5 acres.

The industrial park is located in an Enhanced Enterprise Zone that can provide tax incentives for qualifying expanding businesses and new developments.
These and other Incentives may be available to eligible businesses.
