Located on the eastern edge of Salem our industrial park offers

Missouri Certified Site
The City of Salem has received Certified Site Status with the Missouri Department of Economic Development on a a 25 acre parcel.  LOIS Listing for Certified Site parcel.


Free Acreage for Jobs
The City offers free acreage in Masters Industrial Park for jobs created. A Business may request one acre for every 10 jobs created, up to a maximum of 5 acres.

The industrial park is located in an Enhanced Enterprise Zone that can provide tax incentives for qualifying expanding businesses and new developments.
These and other Incentives may be available to eligible businesses.
