Transfering from One Account to Another
- Customers should contact us at least ONE day in advance of needing the utilities transferred.
- The deposits paid on the old account will be transferred over to the new account
Disconnecting Accounts
- Contact a Utility Service Representative at our office at 400 N Iron St to sign a work order.
- Customers will need to supply a forwarding address.
- Customers should contact us at least ONE day in advance of needing the utilities transferred.
- Deposits will be applied to the final bill. Any amount left over will be sent to the customer.
