The Industrial Development Authority (IDA) promotes economic development in Salem and Dent County through the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRBs). The IDA currently owns one industrial building in Masters Industrial Park and partners with local, state and federal agencies to promote industrial development of the area, as well as working closely with the Economic Development Director for Salem and Dent County. The IDA is comprised of a local board appointed by the Dent County Commission.
