The Salem Public Library board shall consist of nine (9) trustees whose appointment and removal shall be made under the provisions of Sections 182.170, 182.180 and 182.190, RSMo.

The organization of the Board of Trustees and all other functions shall be done pursuant to the provisions of Sections 182.140, et seq., RSMo.
