Code Compliance / Animal Control
Code Compliance is a division of the Salem Police Department. The primary duty of the code compliance officer shall be to enforce the City of Salem Municipal Code in conjunction with other departments, city officials and other outside agencies to maintain cleanliness, appearance, health, welfare and safety of the City of Salem.
